Our refund policy

No refunds once the signature design is delivered.

Delivery

Your Signature MAGIC™ design is delivered digitally within 2 days of receiving your complete details (current signature, current photo and date of birth) on WhatsApp.

Before delivery

If you want to cancel before your design has been delivered, please contact us on WhatsApp or by email as soon as possible. We will review your request.

Incorrect or duplicate payments

If you were charged incorrectly or more than once for the same order, contact us with your payment details and we will look into it.

Prices and GST

All prices shown on this website are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of GST.
